Glen Ellyn to root on Ethan Cepuran at Olympics watch party

Olympic speedskater Ethan Cepuran can count on his hometown’s support when he competes with Team USA.

The Glen Ellyn History Center will host a watch party to root for Cepuran in the Milan Cortina Winter Olympics on Sunday, Feb. 15.

The Glen Ellyn native and Glenbard West graduate was a 2022 Olympic bronze medalist. In Italy, he will be skating in men’s team pursuit with Casey Dawson and Emery Lehman — the reigning world champion squad. Cepuran will also compete individually in the mass start event.

The watch party is free, and refreshments will be served. Doors open at 8 a.m.
