Paramount announces new Copley Comedy Series

Comedian and musician Tim Walkoe (ABC’s “America’s Funniest People,” Fox’s “Murder in a Small Town”), along with fellow stand-ups Paul Farahvar and host Tim Benker inaugurate Paramount Theatre’s new Copley Comedy Series on Feb. 28.

The series showcasing national and Chicago-based comedians — including veterans of Zanies, The Improv, HBO and Netflix — will continue on select Saturdays through May 2 at the 165-seat theater at 8 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora.

Other headliners scheduled to perform include: Jeanie Doogan with Katie Meiners (March 14), Dwayne Kennedy with Mike Preston (March 28), Vince Maranto with Jim McHugh (April 18) and Brian Hicks with Des Mulrooney (May 2).

Tickets are $21 when purchased in person from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday (and until show time on show days) at the box office, 23 E. Galena Blvd., Aurora. Additional fees applied to tickets purchased by phone at (630) 896-6666 or online at ParamountAurora.com.
