Buffalo Grove, Wheeling team for school safety study

The villages of Buffalo Grove and Wheeling are partnering on a study aimed at making getting to school safer for students.

The study will bring together civil engineers, transportation experts and school administrators to identify future traffic safety improvements to protect students on their way to and from school, especially along major thoroughfares.

This study is made possible by funding from the Invest In Cook Program through the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways.
