Daily Herald Suburban Business accepting submissions for 2026 Book of Lists

Local businesses in certain industries have an opportunity to get their company information listed for free in the 2026 Book of Lists, published by Daily Herald Suburban Business.

This premium go-to reference for executives looking for help in growing their business will publish in mid-April. The deadline for entries is fast approaching.

The Suburban Business Book of Lists covers suburban Cook County, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties. It focuses on the following industries: accounting; advertising, direct marketing and PR firms; architectural firms; assisted living/retirement communities; banks; business technology firms; caterers; chambers of commerce; colleges and universities; commercial real estate firms; credit unions; economic development administrators; hospitals; hotels; HR management firms; insurance firms; law firms; meeting sites; office equipment; office furniture and design; virtual/shared offices; and wealth management firms.

New this year will be a listing of community foundations, which are nonprofit philanthropic organizations that help improve the lives of people in a defined geographical area.

The basic listing is free. A $250 enhanced upgrade includes your company logo as well as the listing appearing in boldface with a color background.
