Share your event with the Daily Herald’s Spring Fun & Getaways guide

The Daily Herald is looking for event submissions for “Spring Fun & Getaways,” an entertainment and dining guide featuring articles on getaways, a spring theater preview, and outdoor dining ideas, as well as the calendar listing of “Things to Do” in suburban Chicago

Previous listings included: St. Patrick’s Day parades, plays, concerts, theater shows, spring festivals, fine art shows, animal expos, or other family events.

The entertainment, getaways and dining guide, publishing Sunday, March 8, features events in the suburban Chicago area, from March through May. These events also may be used in our weekly TimeOut! “To Do” list and “Best Bets” listings.

To be included, go to dailyherald.com/share, click on “Event” and follow the directions to enter your event in our affiliate’s online calendar.

It is free to submit your calendar items online. (Note: Our partner, CitySpark, also offers promotion options for better presentation on the online-only calendar for a fee.)

The deadline for submissions will be Wednesday, Feb. 11. For questions, email festivals@dailyherald.com.
