Why no reporting on ICE successes?

Every day the Daily Herald publishes articles (mainly from the AP) on the chaos going on in Minneapolis. Yet there is one critical aspect of this situation that is never reported — no reporting on the criminal illegal immigrants that ICE is taking off the streets for deportation.

For example on Jan. 16 the following convicted illegal immigrants were arrested by ICE (shown by country they are from and crimes they are convicted of): Vietnam -murder; Marshall Islands — assault, domestic abuse, theft, plus more; Guatemala — assault, possession of drugs, plus more; Cuba — larceny, forgery, theft, plus more; Venezuela — drug dealer; Guatemala — domestic violence; Mexico — possession of cocaine, disorderly conduct; South Africa — violation of court order, domestic violence, plus more; Honduras — 3 DUIs, robbery, stolen firearm, plus more; Mexico — fraud; Venezuela — violation of court order, assault; Romania — grand theft, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Obviously this is not all who were tracked down that day. These are just some of the worst convicted offenders. The media only reports half the story on this issue. It reminds me of the old George Carlin comedy skit where he only reported a partial score of a baseball game — only one team’s final score.

In a recent article the author states “HHS announced it would freeze the funding for child care subsidies until the states provided even more exhaustive documentation” but fails to tell the readers exactly what is this so-called “exhaustive documentation” is so readers can make their own conclusions.

With the massive fraud going on in Minneapolis with child care, can you blame the federal government for wanting more proof of eligibility?
