St. Charles starts community alert system

The city of St. Charles has launched STC Alerts, a community notification system that delivers alerts and information by phone call, text message, or email.

STC Alerts is powered by the Everbridge mass-communication platform.

Sign up for the alerts here.

Users can choose to receive notifications about emergency situations, updates about city services and operations, and community announcements.
