Prospects for continued success

There’s good news, and there’s better news.

The good news is that for the past year, our country has been blessed with a phenomenal president. President Trump works tirelessly for all Americans and sincerely seeks to return this country to its historical level of greatness that has been slowly eroded away during the last few decades. The past year has been filled with numerous major accomplishments. (For a list of his achievements, I refer the reader to a nicely written opinion on Jan. 1, 2026 by Bob Shea of Mundelein.) Some people do not appreciate President Trump due to his personal style. Fair enough, but Americans can’t argue against his policies and success.

The better news is that President Trump has three more years to continue with his leadership in an effort to stabilize our country and bring all Americans together again. After all the success in his first year, I cannot imagine how he will be able to keep up the pace he has set. However, I know that he will find a way, and hope that more Americans will support his presidency.
