OMNI offering SMART recovery services

OMNI, 1111 W. Lake-Cook Road, Buffalo Grove, offers free SMART Recovery groups led by professional clinicians for adults struggling with addiction or compulsive behaviors.

SMART, Self-Management & Recovery Training, is a science-based support group led by professional clinicians. Instead of a 12-step program, SMART uses psychology, proven tools and real-life strategies to help people make lasting change.
