Lake Villa District Library to launch community survey

The Lake Villa District Library will launch a community survey Jan. 5 to gather input on priorities for the coming years.

Ideas from a previous survey shaped the vision for improving library property and in 2021 set the direction for the ongoing development of the library’s outdoor spaces, according to library Director Mick Jacobsen.

Community input is essential in identifying future priorities, he added, and to determine which services are working, which are not and what might need to be expanded or phased out.
