Batavia man charged with murdering wife

A Batavia man has been charged with murdering his wife early Tuesday morning.
Batavia police say Hector Luvianos-Barrera, 37, called 911 at 4:37 a.m. to an apartment building in the 100 block of Church Street, telling dispatchers he had just killed his wife.
The wife, who police did not name, died at the scene. The news release did not say how she was killed.
An autopsy has not yet been performed.
