Craft programs for kids at Des Plaines library on Dec. 26

Kids looking for something to do during winter break from school can pop into the Des Plaines Public Library on Friday, Dec. 26, for a pair of free craft programs.

The first is scheduled to run from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the second-floor program room at the library, 1501 Ellinwood St. The second session is set to run from 4 to 5 p.m.

The sessions are open to kids of all ages. Registration isn’t needed.
