Fiscal mismanagement

Reading the article “Economic Pain” from the Dec. 2 issue of The Daily Herald, it seems that the wonderful Illinois economy is only wonderful because it's bolstered by the federal government. Sounds like fiscal mismanagement to me.

Maybe if the governor and his allies would spend more time properly managing the state instead of critiquing the Trump administration, we wouldn't be so dependent. I also find it interesting that they want President Trump to keep giving them money but fight him tooth and nail on everything he does.

Of course, come election time, Pritzker and his buddies will claim what a great job they are doing.
