Three Aurora churches to partner in Steeple Walk to benefit food pantry

Three Aurora churches will partner in their first Steeple Walk on Sunday, Dec. 21. The churches are Wesley United Methodist, 14 N. May St.; Our Savior Lutheran, 420 W. Downer Place; and New England Congregational, 406 W. Galena Blvd., all with steeples.

With seasonal music at each location, the event will benefit Aurora Area Interfaith Food Pantry in Aurora.

The Rev. Tammy Scott, Wesley lead pastor, said the walk will open with music at Wesley at 2 p.m. About 2:45 p.m., music will begin at Our Savior's where hot cocoa will be served.

The walk will end at New England Congregational about 3:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served for a time of fellowship.
