Hoffman Estates seeks sister cities hosts

The Sister Cities Commission of Hoffman Estates is seeking host families for three cultural exchanges with guests from Angoulême, France.

The exchanges are scheduled for March 25 through April 1, when two comic artists will visit for the C2E2 comic expo in Chicago; April 4 through 13, when five culinary students and two instructors will participate in the chamber of commerce’s Bon Appétit event; and June 23 through 30, with two runners participating in the Stars & Stripes Half Marathon.

Host families are not required to speak French, and do not need to be available each day, as the commission will accompany guests to outings.
