Arlington Heights Community Concert Band continues Its holiday tradition Dec. 14
The Arlington Heights Community Concert Band presents its free holiday concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at Forest View Educational Center’s North Gym, 2121 S. Goebbert Road, Arlington Heights. This concert includes tunes like “Parade of the Wooden Soldiers,” “White Christmas” and “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing.” Also included are traditional carols and lighthearted themed music.
The concert is free. To reserve tickets, email ahccbtickets@gmail.com. The band is a not-for-profit corporation, and all donations are tax deductible to the extent provided by law. Donations are used to offset the cost of concert production and to purchase music.
The band is in partnership with Community Education District 214 and receives support from both the Arlington Heights Park District and the village of Arlington Heights. The mission of the Arlington Heights Community Concert Band is to provide musical entertainment to the community, to provide opportunities for community members to join and be part of a musical organization, to provide for individual musical expression and growth, and to contribute to the community’s music appreciation.
