Accept change in department’s title

Recently, on several occasions, I have noticed that the Daily Herald has identified Pete Hegseth as the U.S. Secretary of Defense.

Now, I ask, is the Herald stupid or ignorant since the department has been renamed the Department of War?

I will assume that the left-leaning Herald will never comply with anything that President Trump changes.
