Man shot at Aurora gas station
Aurora police are looking for the person who shot a man early Monday while he was pumping gasoline.
It happened around 3:44 a.m. at the Mobil station at 300 S. Broadway.
A 49-year-old man was shot several times in his upper body. He is in stable condition at a hospital, police said.
Police said the man was outside of his vehicle, pumping gasoline, when he was approached by a man. The suspect was wearing a gray winter coat, brown pants and brown shoes. After the shooting, the suspect fled east.
Police dogs searched the area unsuccessfully.
