Talk on AI’s impact on career planning

The impact of artificial intelligence on current and future career planning is the topic from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St.

Hatim A. Rahman, associate professor of management and organizations at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management is the featured speaker for the event hosted by the Notre Dame Club of Lake County.

The event is open to the public as well as students, alumni, parents and club members.

There is no admission charge but attendees should bring gently used winter clothes to support Project Warmth to be distributed to Lake County charities.

An informal reception will be held after the presentation at O’Toole’s, 412 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville.

Rahman is an award-winning teacher and author, whose research focuses on how AI is impacting the nature of work and employment relationships and labor markets.
