Enter holiday decorating contest in South Barrington

South Barrington residents who get into the holiday season by decorating their homes can win a valuable prize in an inaugural decorating contest hosted by the village.

Participants should send two photographs of their decorated homes, along with their addresses, to mterfehn@southbarrington.org. The photos will be shared online, and residents will vote and choose the winner.

The winner will receive a $200 gift card good at the Arboretum of South Barrington shopping center.

The submission deadline is Dec. 9. Judging will run from Dec. 15 to Dec. 19. The winner will be announced Dec. 22.
