Spring registration open at CLC
This spring is the perfect time to grow, explore and move forward. At College of Lake County, a welcoming community, real-world learning opportunities and personalized support can help students reach their goals, whether starting fresh, changing paths or continuing a journey. Registration is open now for classes beginning Jan. 20.
There’s something for everyone with more than 150 programs, from business and computer science to health care and automotive technology. Flexible courses help tailor schedules to fit personal needs, including classes online or in the evening.
Credentials are available in flexible timelines. In addition to associate degrees, short-term certificate options are offered. Many certificates are stackable, providing opportunities for continued educational advancement.
Tuition at CLC is already affordable, but scholarships and financial aid can make it an even more cost-effective option. The CLC Foundation distributes more than $1 million in student scholarships annually.
Support doesn’t end with financial aid. CLC has an abundance of student resources available designed to support students’ educational, health, financial and life needs, from tutoring to mental health services. Child care is also available at the Grayslake and Lakeshore Campuses.
CLC has more than college-level courses. The college offers adult education to earn a high school diploma and English as a second language courses free of charge.
Community can be found on campus with student life. Clubs, activities and organizations make the college experience meaningful while helping build connections and discover new passions.
