Grinch-themed Breakfast Bash brings Whoville to Geneva church

United Methodist Church of Geneva is bringing back the popular Whoville Fest during Geneva Christmas Walk weekend, and this year it’s a Breakfast Bash featuring “Storytime with The Grinch!”

The church will transform its fellowship hall into the whimsical Whoville, complete with Grinch-themed breakfast buffet and storytime with The Grinch! It will be 9 to 11 a.m. at the church, 211 Hamilton St. in downtown Geneva,

Enjoy a “Suess-tacular” breakfast, fun activities, and more. Enter a raffle for a huge Squishmallow pillow of The Grinch or Max by bringing three cans of pet food for Kane County Senior Council.

“We’re thrilled to welcome families into our own little Whoville for a morning of fun, stories, and holiday cheer while also coming together to support the Kane County Senior Council through our canned pet food collection,” said Pastor Heather Connor, minister of formation and outreach. It’s a joyful way to celebrate the season and make a difference together.”
