Lake Zurich Police holds Toys for Tots drive

Anyone shopping online or making a curbside pickup is invited to consider adding a toy to their order to donate to a child in need this holiday season.

Since 1947, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve has been making a difference in the lives of American families. The Lake Zurich Police Department is honored to again assist the Marine Corps Reserve in collecting toys for this worthwhile program.

Toys need to be dropped off by Dec. 5. For any further questions, contact Officer Jennie Johnson. You can drop off new, unwrapped toys at the following collection points in Lake Zurich:

• Lake Zurich Fire Department: 321 S. Buesching Road

• Lake Zurich Community Services: 505 Telser Road

• Lake Zurich Park and Recreation: 200 S. Rand Road

• Lake Zurich Family Martial Arts: 215 S. Rand Road

• Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 Transportation: 66 Church St.

• Lake Zurich Ace Hardware: 100 S. Old Rand Road

• Ela Area Public Library: 275 Mohawk Trail

• Koffee Kup: 30 E. Main St.

• Starbucks South: 775 S. Rand Road
