Volunteers sought for Aurora’s ‘Operation Senior Shovel’

Aurora is seeking “Snow Angels” to help shovel driveways and walkways for those in need.

The city’s “Operation Senior Shovel” program provides free snow removal assistance for both senior residents and people with disabilities.

Volunteers will be assigned at least one home based on proximity to their home address and in the spirit of neighbors helping neighbors. Volunteers can sign up through the end of February.
