Media needs to ease tension on ICE

It is my understanding that under immigration law ICE can detain, question and deport those suspected or found to be in violation of that law without any court warrant or order. It is also statistically proven that the majority of violators of immigration law are Hispanic. It is also known that sanctuary cities and States have prohibited their police from giving ICE criminal info on, or people they have in custody who are, immigrants. Thus, ICE is compelled to round up people based on general info they have in those sanctuary places. If the media reported these facts, perhaps it would ease tensions.
