Kids Above All dinner honors leaders supporting children and families

Kids Above All’s annual Celebration Dinner is on Thursday, Nov. 6, at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago.

This year’s event celebrates the organization’s 131st anniversary of building better lives for children and families impacted by poverty, violence, and injustice.

It also highlights the perseverance and accomplishments of the youth in Kids Above All’s programs and honors three distinguished business and civic leaders who have made a difference for children in the community.

The three honorees are: Kevin Doyle & NTIVA, Michael Ward & Mandel Metals, and Cassaundra Rouse, executive director of the Illinois Tollway.

Established in 1894 in Lake Bluff, Kids Above All’s mission is to build better lives for children and families impacted by poverty, violence, and injustice.

Kids Above All currently provides early childhood education, safe, supportive housing, and trauma-informed counseling services to young people and families in the city of Chicago and across Cook, DuPage, Kane and Lake counties.
