Elmhurst church to host evening of music and storytelling

First Congregational United Church of Christ in Elmhurst invites you to a special community evening of music and storytelling featuring songs from the acclaimed musical “Ordinary Days.”

This one-night-only performance will be led by music director Meg McGarry and presented by the church’s music committee.

“Ordinary Days” follows four New Yorkers whose paths cross as they search for connection and meaning amid the chaos of city life. Filled with humor, heart, and hope, this inspiring musical reminds us how simple moments can transform ordinary days into extraordinary ones.

It will be performed at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at First Congregational, 235 S. Kenilworth, Elmhurst

Enjoy a short intermission with refreshments and fellowship midway through the evening.
