Buffalo Grove seeking resident, business contacts

Buffalo Grove has launched a community-wide effort to update resident and business contact information, forming the foundation for an upcoming customer relationship management system.

The system will connect multiple village systems to streamline operations, improve internal coordination and enhance how the village communicates with the community, according to officials.

Residents and businesses to complete a short online form at vbg.org/updatemyinfo through Feb. 28, 2026.

Expected to launch in late 2026 to early 2027, the CRM system will enable residents to easily submit and track service requests, access information, and receive updates in real time, supporting the village’s goal of providing data-driven, responsive and resident-focused service.
