Scarecrow contest winners announced for the 40th St. Charles Scarecrow Weekend
The 40th annual St. Charles Scarecrow Weekend on Oct. 10-12 featured live entertainment, family-friendly fall activities, and much more for the community to enjoy.
The Scarecrow Contest featured over 120 scarecrows throughout four different categories: Individual Category, Business Category, School/Not-for-Profit/Club Category, and Mega/Mechanical Category. Attendees had the opportunity to vote on their favorite scarecrow in each of the categories. The 2025 Scarecrow Contest winners are as follows:
Individual category:
• First place: Pistilli family
• Second place: Pretty Little Planter
• Third place: Lily Contreras
Business category:
• First place: 212° Construction in St. Charles
• Second place: Teqworks in St. Charles
• Third place: Whimsy Farm Candy Store in St. Charles
Club/Not-for-Profit/School Category:
• First place: St. Patrick Preschool in St. Charles
• Second place: Ray Graham Association in Lisle
• Third place: Benjamin Middle School in West Chicago
Mega/Mechanical Category:
• First place: American Science & Surplus in Geneva
• Second place: Casco Industries Inc. in South Elgin
• Third place: Skyline Tree Service in St. Charles
