Truck trailer stolen in Des Plaines, police say

A white freight trailer was stolen out of a lot on the 2300 block of South Wolf Road in Des Plaines, police said Friday.

The theft occurred between Oct. 4 and Oct. 6. The rig belongs to a New York resident.

A police report didn’t indicate if the trailer was empty or contained goods, a spokesperson said.

The trailer was valued at $12,000.
