Four ECC students receive full-ride scholarships as Seigle Scholars

Four Elgin Community College students have been selected as the second cohort of Seigle Scholars, receiving full scholarships that cover tuition, fees and books.

Sophia Cork, Trinity Tecson, Brynn Copp, and Ream Basraoui were chosen for the program, which covers all student expenses for up to 60 credits toward an associate degree.

The scholars program was established in 2024 by philanthropists Mark and Robin Seigle.
