Quinn Design-Build Inc., formerly known as Schramm Construction Corporation, recently announced a full rebrand that reflects a new chapter of growth, innovation, and community investment.
With more than 30 years of trusted construction experience in the Fox Valley region, the company is evolving to meet today’s needs with a collaborative, design-build approach that is rooted in partnerships, trust, and lasting results.

Husband-and-wife team Ryan and Nancy Quinn acquired Schramm Construction to preserve its legacy while infusing fresh energy and focus into the company’s future.
Ryan previously served as Schramm’s Director of Project Management, while Nancy brings over 20 years of specialized construction accounting expertise to her position as Vice President of QDBI. Together, they lead with a commitment to thoughtful, high-quality solutions delivered with accountability, agility, and purpose.
