Deer Park Town Center gets new tenants

Deer Park Town Center is getting a new lineup of restaurants and retailers opening this year.

The latest tenants include Toastique, LaserAway, Warby Parker and American Eagle.

“We’re proud to welcome four new tenants to our growing mix of national and local retailers at Deer Park Town Center,” said Lisa Blaszinski, general manager at Deer Park Town Center. “Our goal is to continue to identify retailers that resonate with our guests, ensuring the community enjoys a unique shopping and dining experience with every visit.”

• LaserAway, which offers state-of-the-art laser hair removal technology and treatments in a 1,819-square-foot store, now is open next to Sleep Number. It is led by board-certified dermatologists and nurse practitioners.

• Warby Parker’s 2,512-square-foot store is under construction in Suite 218 near Banana Republic. The store is expected to open in November. It specializes in designing high-quality eyewear at an affordable price point.

• American Eagle, also opening in November, offers clothing, premium denim and accessories for men and women at affordable prices. The 5,800-square-foot store is under construction in Suite 224 next to Bath & Body Works.

• Toastique, opening this winter, is establishing its first location in Illinois. The 1,400-square-foot restaurant will be located in Suite 444 next to Fidelity Investments. It will serve gourmet toast, juice and coffee using only fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients.
