Elgin church spreads the love with $25K Umbrella Fund Drive

Christ the Lord Lutheran members Rev. Arlyn and Jeanne Tolzmann pose with an umbrella representing the 2025 Summer Umbrella Fund Drive to support five projects in the Elgin community and beyond.

Each of the following organizations have received a $5,000 gift from Christ the Lord congregation: Habitat for Humanity, Global Refuge, Centro de Informacion, the Closet Program of First Presbyterian Church, and the Asylum Fund of First Congregational Church.
