Route 45 resurfacing in Antioch begins Monday
Resurfacing a 1.9-mile stretch of Route 45 (Bristol Road) from Rosecrans Road (Route 173) to south of 128th Street/North Avenue in Antioch will require intermittent daytime lane closures beginning, weather permitting, Monday, Sept. 15.
The $1.6 million project, which consists of resurfacing and adding new shoulders, is expected to be completed in December. Access to residences and businesses within the work zone will be maintained throughout the construction.
Alternate routes are encouraged. Drivers are urged to pay close attention to flaggers and signs and be on the alert for workers and equipment.
