Volunteers needed for 40th annual St. Charles Scarecrow Weekend

The St. Charles Business Alliance is currently in search of individuals to volunteer for the 40th annual St. Charles Scarecrow Weekend, presented by St. Charles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Scarecrow Weekend will take place in downtown St. Charles from Friday to Sunday, Oct. 10-12.
