Shoe Factory Road in Hoffman Estates closed for railroad repairs Sept. 15-20
Shoe Factory Road in Hoffman Estates will be closed between Beverly Road and Sutton Road starting at 9 a.m. Monday for railroad track repairs.
Officials at Canadian National Railway expect the repairs to be completed by 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20
Motorists will be directed to detour routes while the roadway is closed. The detour route uses Beverly Road on the west, Higgins Road (Route 72) on the north and Sutton Road (Route 59) on the east.
