Hanover Township’s Fall Food Truck Festival returning to Bartlett Sept. 18
Hanover Township will host its annual Fall Food Truck Festival Thursday, Sept. 18, at the township’s William Tiknis Campus, 250 S. IL Route 59 in Bartlett.
From 5-9 p.m., attendees can visit a variety of food trucks, enjoy live music, and receive information about the township’s programs and services. Free games for kids are also available.
Vendors include Duke’s Blues-N-BBQ, Smash’d, E.J. Pierogi, the Tievoli Pizza Truck, Kori’s Koop, Churros Tinoco, D’s Treats, My Cocina, Cousins Maine Lobster, Kona Ice, Poupee Puff and the Hawaiian Food Truck. A beverage tent will offer a variety of beer and wine as well as soda and water.
Chicago-area cover band iPop will headline the fest. Austin Hopkins and Karen Shook also will perform.
Officials and staff will share information about the township’s programs for adults aged 55 and older, after-school programs for youth, property tax appeal assistance, veteran’s programs, health screenings, food pantry programs and more.
Attendees are encouraged to park at the Village Church of Bartlett, 601 W. Bartlett Road in Bartlett, and the Bartlett Metra Lot, Western and Oneida avenues. Free shuttles will provide transportation to and from the campus.
