Maybe it’s the jobs

I have a comment about why the senior driving test law which was just signed will not take effect till July of 2026. There are probably many jobs at the Secretary of State’s Office that were solely to test the many, many seniors that fell into the previous testing category. By the way, that’s why it took so long to change the law. Instead of adjusting the work force now for lack of further need, I am sure the political machine is looking for ways to keep the same head count employed so they bought themselves a year to hide those employees in other jobs so they could keep the votes democratic. We all should not be surprised about how it all works. Madigan’s gone thankfully but his teachings live on. The only real surprise is why are we all still residents of this corrupt state.
