Elk Grove Village Oktoberfest Returns With Food, Music, and Family Fun

Elk Grove Village’s annual Oktoberfest celebration is set to take place from 6-10:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 19; and from 3-11 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20.

Festivalgoers can look forward to a weekend filled with authentic German cuisine, live entertainment, and family-friendly activities. Traditional favorites such as bratwurst and pretzels will be available, bringing the flavors of Munich to the heart of town. Live polka music will set the tone.

Presale tickets will be offered beginning Friday, Aug. 29, and will be available through Tuesday, Sept. 16. Presale tickets are priced at $8 for 10 tickets. Admission at the door will be $1 per ticket. All presale ticket sales are final, and tickets may be picked up at the Oktoberfest ticketing booth with a valid ID.

This year’s entertainment lineup includes performances by Die Musikmeisters from 6-10 p.m. on Friday, and again from 6-10:30 p.m. on Saturday evening. Saturday afternoon will feature FamilyFest from 3-7 p.m., offering free games and activities for children.

With traditional food, lively music, and activities for all ages, Oktoberfest promises to deliver a festive weekend for the entire community.
