Food truck rally Tuesday in Des Plaines
Mobile chefs will gather in Des Plaines on Tuesday, Aug. 19, for the city’s next Food Truck Roundup.
The culinary event is set to run from 5 to 8 p.m. at Des Plaines Library Plaza, 1501 Ellinwood St. Happy Lobster, the Yellow Duck Truck and My Funnel Truck are among the scheduled vendors.
The band Wagon Wheel will provide live music starting at 5:30 p.m.
People should bring their own lawn chairs or blankets.
