Lombard invites vendors to 19th annual senior fair

The village of Lombard is inviting local organizations and businesses to participate in its 19th annual Senior Fair, set for 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 1, at the Lombard Park District’s Madison Meadow Athletic Center.

This event helps provide local seniors with resources, health screenings and information about community programs and services.

“This Senior Fair is a great opportunity for vendors to share their services with Lombard’s senior population in a meaningful way,” said Trustee Jessie Hammersmith, chair of the community relations committee. “We’re proud to host this annual event that supports the well-being of older adults in our community.”

The Lombard Senior Fair has been well attended in previous years and typically includes services such as flu shots, blood pressure checks, hearing screenings, DMV services, and information from a wide variety of local organizations. Admission is free for all seniors.

Interested vendors are encouraged to apply at villageoflombard.org/seniorfair. The deadline to submit an application is Friday, Sept. 12, 2025.

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Vendors representing profit businesses will be required to pay a $100 vendor fee, which supports the success of the Senior Fair. Not-for-profit groups and government agencies driven by purposes other than commercial gain will be exempt from the vendor fee.
