POC receives gift from Holy Family Church to support local families
Partners for Our Communities recognized Holy Family Church for their generosity and continued commitment to supporting local families. A recent $76,000 donation from Holy Family will help POC in its goal to break down critical barriers that impact the well-being of under-resourced families across the Northwest suburbs.
This gift directly supports POC’s holistic approach to addressing challenges related to income inequality, education access, transportation limitations and gaps in health care, food and clothing. With this contribution, POC will continue to provide wraparound services that empower families to not only meet basic needs, but also work toward long-term stability and success.
“We are deeply grateful to Holy Family Church for walking alongside us in our mission,” said Seth Moland-Kovash, executive director of POC. “Their gift is more than a donation, it’s an investment in hope, opportunity, and lasting change for hundreds of children and families.”
Holy Family Church is a strong partner of POC, consistently demonstrating compassion and leadership in supporting community-based solutions. This most recent donation underscores the powerful impact that faith communities can have in lifting others and building a stronger, more equitable future.
