Tim Wilson up for appointment to Mundelein planning commission
Former Mundelein Trustee Tim Wilson is up for a seat on the village’s planning and zoning commission.
Wilson gave up his seat on the village board to run for mayor this spring. He lost to Robin Meier.
Meier recommended Wilson for the open seat on the commission, documents indicate.
The village board is expected to appoint Wilson to the commission when it meets Monday night. That meeting is set for 7 p.m. at village hall, 300 Plaza Circle.
Wilson’s term would expire in April 2029, documents indicate.
