Stop dictatorship first

There are many issues to worry about in our country — tariffs, abortion, debt, immigration, taxes, rich vs. poor, racism, religious freedom, voters’ rights, inflation and others. I think these issues pale in comparison to the threat of dictatorship. If we were in a dictatorship, none of us would have any say in the above issues. So, we should fight against dictatorship first.

We have only two chances to avoid that big problem. The first is the Supreme Court. John Roberts, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Barrett or Brett Kavanaugh should not relinquish the Supreme Court independence to the executive branch. (Alito and Thomas may be on the oligarch payroll already). The other chance is if we could get 12 or so sane Republicans that have a spine, to stand up against the administration. Otherwise, they (and the Supreme Court) should realize that they also would lose due process along with the rest of us.
