Be part of Naperville’s 60th annual Labor Day Parade

Join the Naperville Jaycees as they celebrate the strength of Naperville's workforce by participating in the Labor Day Parade on Monday, Sept. 1.

Called the largest in the state of Illinois, the Naperville Jaycees Labor Day Parade has been a favorite of area residents for 60 years. Attended annually by tens of thousands, this event which recognizes trade and labor organizations, city employees, schools and local businesses is a great way to not only say thank you to American workers and their families but also the community at large.

The Last Fling Labor Day Parade starts its journey through downtown Naperville at 10 a.m. on Labor Day Monday, Sept. 1. For information on registration or sponsorship, visit lastfling.org/parade/ prior to Saturday, Aug. 9. The website also offers a map of the 2025 parade route.

The Naperville Jaycees are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees of the Last Fling.

As in prior years, the organization is working closely with Naperville Emergency Response Teams to ensure the most up-to-date security measures are instituted in effort to achieve a secure and enjoyable Labor Day Weekend for volunteers, participants and patrons. The Last Fling is the Naperville Jaycees’ largest fundraiser, raising over $2 million for nonprofit organizations throughout Naperville and DuPage County in the past 20 years.

The Jaycees wish to thank the community, volunteers and sponsors who have continued to support the organization. Volunteer and sponsorship opportunities for the 2025 Last Fling are available by emailing admin@lastfling.org. Opportunities may include setting up, helping at events, or promoting the festival.

The Naperville Jaycees is a not-for-profit service organization for young professionals dedicated to offering Naperville-area residents the opportunity to better themselves and to grow personally and professionally while giving through community service and fundraising efforts. The group’s annual events include countless worthwhile projects that positively impact the community.

The group also organizes and staffs the Last Fling in close cooperation with the City of Naperville, the Naperville Park District, numerous Naperville community organizations, and hundreds of volunteers.
