Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church’s steeple, the tallest point in Naperville, reaches 240 feet into the sky. The church was founded in 1846, but the original building was destroyed by the largest fire in the history of Naperville in 1922. Dedicated in 1927, the massive Gothic Revival structure that rose from the ashes seats 1,000.
