Buffalo Grove Park District presents ‘Big The Musical’

The Buffalo Grove Park District's Big Deal Productions presents “Big The Musical” July 18-27 at the Buffalo Grove Community Arts Center.

Based on the 1988 film, it features local talent, including eight families working together on the show. Most notably, the Laska family — parents Mark and Jessica with children Liam and Bridget — performs together on stage.

Directed by Tommy Novak, the musical comedy promises showstopping dance numbers, vibrant sets and a real light-up piano.

Tickets are $20 for adults and teens 13 and older, and $15 for children 12 and under and seniors 62 and older. Performances run July 18, 19 and 25 at 7:30 p.m. and July 20, 26 and 27 at 3 p.m. at 225 McHenry Road, Buffalo Grove.
