Rise Up Academy conquers the national championship
Club brings home 15 Individual Titles, eight Team Championships, and “Best Club in the Country” award
With an impressive performance and impeccable team spirit, Rise Up Academy returned from the National Trampoline and Tumbling Championships in Rapid City, South Dakota, with 15 individual national champions, eight team titles, and the prestigious award for “Best Club in the Country” in the double mini trampoline discipline. The club’s athletes excelled in all three disciplines — trampoline, tumbling and double mini trampoline — demonstrating class and consistency at the highest level.
The national titles were claimed by: Nicole Nowak, Elsie Fontana, Adriana Orpik, Angelina Todorova, Sofia Kowalik, Gabriela Novakov, Camila Matamoros (two gold medals), Colette Maher, Chloe Placha, Isla Knapstein, Sidney Sherman (two gold medals), Lily Dandekar and Amelia Kruk.
In addition to the individual accolades, the club secured eight team national titles, showcasing strong collective spirit, professional preparation and mutual support among the athletes. A particularly significant recognition for Rise Up Academy is the title of “Best Club in the Country” in the double mini trampoline discipline, solidifying the club’s position as a leader in American acrobatics.
Founded in 2014, Arlington Heights-based Rise Up Academy quickly became a true school for champions. Since its inception, the club has produced nearly 100 individual national champions.
According to the club’s leadership, this success is no accident; it is the result of years of hard work, dedication, and love for the sport, from the children, coaches and their families.
