Inside Out Club launches 15-day Kindness Challenge

Participants across the community take on 15 kind acts in 15 days

This summer, Inside Out Club encouraged families and individuals to put away the pedometers and pick up some positivity with the launch of the 15K-indness Challenge — a community-wide initiative inviting participants to complete 15 kind acts in 15 days.

The challenge officially kicked off on June 15 and runs through July 15, sparking acts of kindness toward others, themselves, animals, and the planet. From writing uplifting notes to friends and neighbors to taking time for self-care or helping the environment, participants of all ages are taking meaningful steps to live “Inside Out.”
